Could you provide a guarantee that your resources are compliant?
As a resource provider, we cannot guarantee that our resources are 100% compliant as compliance audits are based on individual judgements and discernments. However, what we can promise is our commitment to compliance.
We take compliance seriously and invest time and resources in ensuring that our resources are industry-relevant, current, and meet the necessary regulatory requirements. Our team of experts is constantly reviewing and improving our resources to maintain compliance.
While we cannot offer a guarantee, we do offer rectifications. We stand by our commitment to quality and compliance, and we welcome any feedback from our clients and auditors to help us improve and evolve our resources.

When can we help with rectifications?
We can assist with rectifications if the audit findings have arisen from an audit conducted by a VET regulatory body in Australia, such as ASQA, VRQA or TAC WA.
To be able to help with rectifications, you must provide us with a copy of your audit report, along with all assessment resources that were presented at the audit, and a copy of the Training and Assessment Strategy presented at the audit, at least fourteen days prior to the rectification due dates.
Additionally, the resources provided by us must not have been altered except for changes to the logo and RTO details, and must have been used in full during the audit. Finally, the resources must have been used for their intended purpose, and the Training and Assessment Strategy presented at the audit by the client must clearly and appropriately describe the tools and their intended purpose.
At Lawrence Research we are committed to helping our clients with rectifications and ensuring that their resources meet the necessary regulatory requirements.
Is rectification possible without providing the audit report?
At Lawrence Research, we require a copy of the audit report to be able to provide assistance with rectifications. Unfortunately, we cannot offer rectification services without a copy of the audit report, as this is necessary for us to identify the areas that require rectification and to provide appropriate solutions.
We understand that audit reports can contain sensitive and confidential information, and we take confidentiality seriously. All records provided to us will be held in the strictest confidence and only shared with our internal staff who require access to this information. We can also sign a Confidentiality Agreement to provide you with additional assurance that your records will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

How and when will I receive my purchased resources?
If you have purchased our resources through Lawrence Research, you will receive a Dropbox link to your resources via email within 1-2 business days after your payment has been cleared and confirmed with our bank.

Where is Lawrence Research located?
Lawrence Research has a unique approach to its operations. We do not have a central head office, and every team member works remotely. Our mission is to minimise our impact on the environment through reduced energy consumption and pollution caused by travel.
At Lawrence Research, we believe that working remotely allows us to be more efficient, flexible, and responsive to our clients' needs while reducing our carbon footprint. Our team members are located in various parts of the world, and we collaborate online to provide our clients with high-quality services and products.

What is our refund policy?
We strive to provide our clients with high-quality digital products and services. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we have a refund policy in place to provide our clients with peace of mind.
Once we send the Dropbox link to your purchased resources, we are unable to provide a refund, as our resources are digital products. However, if you change your mind before we send the Dropbox link, you are entitled to a full refund if you contact our office prior to sending the link.
If there is an issue with the quality or usability of our resources, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and services and want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
